ALDEMARA Rosato IGT Toscana
This 100% Sangiovese “rosè” wine is obtained from the first harvest at the end of August, after a soft pressing the grapes rest 6-8 ours on the lees where the “Aldemara” takes on its pink colour, fermentation of the must takes place in steel. The aroma realeses scent of intense white flowers, the taste changes across cherries and red berries. This is indeed a vibrant and very pleasant wine that will evoke the pleasant summers in Chianti with one sip.
